Bradford, Yorkshire, UK, 11 February 2020:Few things get a new business relationship off to a better start than an early success – and that’s exactly what recently-appointed Calibre business partner V2 Indonesia has achieved with the sale of three All-in-One (AiO) LED Walls to two presidential palaces in Indonesia. Two units measuring 130-inch and 163-inch were installed at the palace in Jakarta (‘Istana Negara’), while the palace in Bogor (‘Istana Bogor’) now benefits from a 130-inch unit.
“Our customer had four very important criteria in making his decision,” explained Rudi Hidayat, CEO at V2 Indonesia. “The first was that, as the AiO would be used to enable the ministries to show reports to the president, it had to be extremely clear and easy to read. The second was that, as the screen would be located in an area of high ambient light, it had to be high brightness. The third was that the AiO would be used by non-experts – so it had to be straightforward and simple to operate. Finally: this would be a very visible, very high-profile installation – so the equipment chosen had to be of the highest reliability. The customer decided that the AiO fulfilled all four criteria better than any other solution.”
It was also important that the screens were large enough, and of high enough resolution, to be able to show up to four reports simultaneously – something the AiO manages with ease.
According to Rudi, the prestigious surroundings meant that it was important that the chosen solution was visually attractive – and the AiO’s slim design met that criterion. The fact that it also integrates the exclusive Calibre HQUltra image processor – i.e. no external hardware - further enhances the AiO’s visual appeal.
Impressed
The customer was also impressed by the AiO’s use of 4-in-1 QuadLED technology - a unique 4-in-1 SMD layout which sees SMDs grouped in fours under one surface, allowing for a smoother screen surface and wider viewing angle, as well as making the display more robust.
“Because this was our first AiO installation, we relied on Calibre’s support – and it was as helpful and responsive as we’d hoped,” continued Rudi. “It became clear that the AiO lives up to its promise of being able to be installed in less than an hour by only three people. That helped us minimise any disruption at the presidential palaces.”
“We’re delighted that V2 has achieved this early success with a very high-profile customer,” said Willy Tsai, Managing Director at Calibre, “and we look forward to working with V2 in the future to help them bring the many benefits of Calibre solutions to businesses throughout Indonesia.”
