How do I return my product for repair???
You must first contact our Service department to request a returns authorisation number.

They will send you a RAN Request form which must be completed, signed and returned to us.  Alternatively you can download a form from the list below and return it to our service team, either by e-mail to, or fax on +44 (0) 1274 730 960.

You need to quote your model number, serial number, date and place of purchase together with a brief description of the fault and any corrective action you have tried.

Please ship your product back to us in suitable packaging, ideally its original packaging, once you have your RAN.  Do not ship product back without a RAN - it will not be processed through our service system and will be untraceable by us.

If you are outside of the UK it is essential you complete the correct export documents.  You must request that your courier or freight forwarder completes UK Customs form C101 for Temporary Import to the UK, otherwise you will incur duty and tax charges.

Once we have tested your unit we will contact you with information on the faults.  For warranty customers we will repair immediately, for non-warranty customers a quotation will be provided and once payment is received the repairs will commence
